--------------

In January 2022, the majority of shares in Sahaero were taken over by the Royal Netherland Group.

This is accompanied by far-reaching restructuring measures:

1. Sahaero will be positioned in the group as a central company between Asia and Europe. To this end, the company will launch long-haul connections from Tbilisi, for example to China, Thailand, India or the USA.

2. the fleet will be unified. The Boeing B737MAXs will leave the fleet from April 2022. They will be replaced by the A320neo family with additional A321neo and A320neo aircraft. For long-haul routes, Boeing B787s will be procured.

3. The route network will be expanded and Tbilisi Airport will be extended by further waves. In Europe, this is done in close coordination with the other parts of the Royal Netherland Group.

A completely new flight schedule will come into effect on 1 February. This will make connections more efficient and increase punctuality.
