Soaring to New Heights in the Cambodian Skies!

Welcome aboard Golden Temple Airlines, an innovative venture brought to you by the parent company, Kolkata Express. As we celebrate the launch of the new Siem Reap-Angkor Airport, we're thrilled to introduce a fresh airline experience designed to cater to all your travel needs to, from, and within Cambodia.

Our Fleet: A Commitment to Excellence
As of 12th of May 2025, we proudly operate a modern, reliable fleet consisting of:

45 Airbus A320neo aircraft
100 Airbus A321neo aircraft
15 Airbus A330-800 aircraft
22 Tupolev Tu-204-100 aircraft

Our Maiden Flights: A Historic Journey
On February 12th, 2025, we marked a significant milestone with our inaugural flights departing from Siem Reap at 15:10 LT, both graciously flown by our state-of-the-art Tu-204-100s. Flight GTA 19 welcomed 21 passengers on board as XU-BBS flew to the vibrant city of Bangkok, while XU-BBP carried 24 travelers to the magnificent destination of Singapore. In a show of robust demand, both aircraft returned to Siem Reap fully loaded, transporting 310 passengers—an impressive 303 of whom were connecting to other Golden Temple Airlines flights.

Looking Ahead: A Bright Future
13/02/25 - Even though our average fleet age of 29 years, we are excited to announce our commitment to fleet renewal! On Thursday, February 13th, 2025, we placed an order for 50 brand new aircraft, with plans to incorporate sleek Airbus A320neos and A321neos into our operations. Our goal? To elevate the travel experience for our valued passengers and partners, ensuring that your journey with Golden Temple Airlines is nothing short of exceptional.
On Monday, February 17th, 2025, our very first A321neo left Siem Reap on it’s very first flight GTA 53 to Hanoi. With 25 passengers in business class and 135 passengers in economy class, the flight was fully booked, as well as the return flight.
04/04/25 - After a ten-hour-long flight from Toulouse, our very first A330neo aircraft has arrived in Siem Reap. This aircraft will allow us to start operating long-haul flights. Our very first long haul flight is destined to Dubai on 07/04 and is yet fully booked. However, before our long-haul operations commenced, we trained our crews on flights between Siem Reap and Hanoi.
25/04/25 - Our average fleet age has dropped to less than 12 years and is further decreasing. We are thoroughly placing orders for more and more Airbus A320neo and Airbus A321neo aircraft. While there are currently no changes to our Tupolev Tu-204 fleet, we are getting rid of all Boeing 737 airplanes. While their very last flight for GTA hasn’t been yet announced, we expect the type’s last flight to occur on 10/05/25.
01/05/25 - As per last week’s notice, we are announcing the very last flight of our Boeing 737-300 aircraft. The type’s last flight will be flight GTA 616 from Guilin to Siem Reap. As of 04/05/25, we will only have 4x B737-500 in service. Those planes will be phased out just days after.
07/05/25 - Our last two B737-500s in active service have finished their last flights. While our 27 years old XU-BDI performed the very last takeoff in GTA colours in Ranong, Thailand on flight GTA 412, the final B737 landing in Siem Reap was XU-BDU, another Boeing 737-500, on flight GTA 556 from Port Blair, India. Our flight from Ranong took 71 passengers to Siem Reap, while the flight from Port Blair carried 51 passengers.

Join us as we redefine air travel in Cambodia—where adventure awaits and every journey is a golden opportunity!
